Package excludes

  • We are not including meals in the Umrah package because both our Makkah and Madinah hotels have many Indian/Pakistani restaurants inside and nearby, offering fresh and hot food at your convenience. This ensures you are not bound to hotel meal timings or limited, standard menus. You can eat wherever and whenever you prefer—whether at nearby restaurants or famous options like Al Baik. This flexibility allows you to focus on your ibadah peacefully without rushing back to the hotel for meals.

Notes and Policy

  • Child below 02 years of age, will be charged for Umrah visa and air fare charges as per airline policy only.

  • Child without bed will be charged for Umrah Visa and Air fare only.

  • Child with bed will be charged as adult (Any discount in airfare will be given to the guests).

Cancellation Policy

  • 30 days or more before departure: 90% of the package amount will be refunded.

  • 20 to 29 days before departure: 50% of the package amount will be refunded.

  • Within 19 days of departure: Only 25% of the package amount will be refunded.

  • In the event that a pilgrim’s visa is rejected by the government, all charges paid—except the visa fee and service charge—will be refunded.

Booking Policy

  • Minimum Rs 50,000 per person needs to be paid as advance to book the package. Remaining amount to be paid 20 days before departure. Otherwise, booking will be cancelled.

  • Payment can be made either by cash or through online

  • Kindly note that many services are facilitated through our trusted partners who operate under their own operational guidelines. We request all pilgrims to observe these regulations respectfully. We cannot be held liable for any shortcoming in services rendered by these external providers.

  • The package price mentioned above is subject to change due to various factors. Any additional charges that arise must be borne by the pilgrims as and when notified.

  • All pilgrims must ensure their passport is valid for at least 6 months from the date of travel. The agency cannot be held responsible for visa rejections or delays due to passport issues.

  • Umrah visa approval is subject to the discretion of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. We facilitate the process, but final issuance is beyond our control.

  • Pilgrims are kindly advised to adhere to airline baggage regulations. Any excess luggage beyond the allowance stated on the ticket will be the sole responsibility of the traveler.

  • All distance measurements provided are calculated from the outer boundaries of Haram Shareef and Masjid-e-Nabawi for reference purposes.

  • While we make every sincere effort to secure the hotels specified in the itinerary for our esteemed pilgrims, in the rare event of unforeseen technical circumstances, equivalent accommodation of similar standard and proximity will be arranged at no additional cost. We greatly appreciate your understanding.

  • Room assignments are managed solely by the respective hotel authorities, and specific room preferences cannot be guaranteed.

  • In honour of the sacred cities of Makkah and Madinah, pilgrims are kindly requested to maintain cleanliness in all places—Masjid, hotel, airport, plane, and bus etc.—as a sign of respect during their blessed journey

  • All services are scheduled in advance and operate on strict timelines. In the event of delays caused by the pilgrim that result in missed services, we regret that we cannot assume responsibility.

  • All pilgrims are expected to be in good health and fit to undertake the pilgrimage. Any pre-existing medical conditions must be declared in advance.

  • Local Ziyarat schedules are subject to local regulations and may change accordingly. Pilgrims are kindly requested to follow instructions shared by the Tour Leader.

  • All pilgrims are expected to observe respectful conduct during the journey. Any behavior that disrupts group harmony or violates local laws may lead to disciplinary action or early return at the traveler’s expense.

  • We bear no responsibility for loss of luggage, injury, damages, accidents, or additional expenses arising from unforeseen events including but not limited to flight delays, natural calamities, deportation, visa issues, theft, or damage to personal items such as laundry.

  • All matters are subject to the jurisdiction of Delhi, India.
